NHR 9200-4912 Battery Module/Pack Test System

The NHR 9200-4912 Battery Module/Pack Test System is a high-performance tool for lab and production testing of battery modules and energy storage devices. With bi-directional DC power modules running at 40V or 120V, it provides a flexible and scalable power architecture with a capacity range of 12kW to 252kW. This adaptability enables smooth growth, meeting changing testing needs for renewable energy storage, electric cars, and vital power applications.

Because of its independent 12kW DC power modules, which can be dynamically programmed within a cabinet or across numerous cabinets, the 9200-4912 is designed to test multiple smaller batteries at once or to combine modules for high-power battery testing. Facilities that test a variety of batteries will find this modular design to be the best option as it optimizes tester utilization.

The energy efficiency of the 9200-4912 is exceptional; it recovers more than 87% of the energy that would otherwise be lost as heat during battery discharge and transforms it back into useful electrical power. By lowering operating expenses, this not only improves the system's return on investment but also helps with environmental sustainability initiatives by lowering the facility's carbon footprint. Furthermore, the regenerative power architecture makes a workspace that is more comfortable and colder by reducing the requirement for large cooling systems.
